Venue Access and Spectator Information
- Venue entry for competitors, officials and spectators will be via the main entrance on Saxony Road. Gates will open at 7:30am. There is no entry cost for spectators.
Anyone displaying cold and flu-like symptoms, or feeling unwell, should remain at home and seek appropriate medical advice.
Parent and Carer Information
- Access to the venue is strictly limited to the day your child is scheduled to compete.
- Entry is permitted only for the competing student and their family members on that day.
- Parents and carers are not permitted to visit or access the venue prior to their child’s event day, as the venue is used for a range of activities and access is restricted to authorised cross country participation times only.
- Spectator parking is available in P2 and P3, located next to the main arena. Please follow the directions of parking attendants.

Grandstand seating & Association check-in
- Please see grandstand seating and association check-in map
- All competitors are asked to sit within their allocated bays.
- CIS has been allocated a tent (shared with Western) adjacent to the finishing arena for check-in .
Competitor bibs
- Competitor bibs will be available for collection from team managers 8am at tent, from 9:30am in the finish Arena in the CIS area
- Bib numbers are to be pinned to the front of each team member’s singlet.
Live streaming
- The NSWPSSA Cross Country Championships will NOT be livestreamed in 2026.
Results
- Live results will be available on the Multisport Australia website. Complete results and selected teams will be posted on the NSWPSSA cross country event pages.

NSWPSSA Team
Team Selection
Students who place in the top six in NSWPSSA events will be asked to attend a NSWPSSA selection meeting immediately following the conclusion of their race. These meetings will be held outside of the main arena.
The selected NSWPSSA team to compete at the School Sport Australia Cross Country Championship will be posted on the NSWPSSA cross country event pages.
To be eligible for selection in the NSWPSSA Cross Country team, students must compete at the NSWPSSA Cross Country Championship.
School Sport Australia Championship Information
All competitors selected and accepting a position in the NSWPSSA team are expected to attend the duration of the School Sport Australia Cross Country Championship being held on 14-17 September 2026 at Sydney International Equestrian Centre host by NSW School Sport.
