Student Name Format (Swimming): Please be advised that the competitors name that appears in the Start Lists must be in the same format as how the name appears in Results Central. Please contact your Association Delegate/Team Manager should this require updating.
Parking: Parking is available in the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre Car Park for a flat rate of $21 for the day.
First Aid: First Aid is provided by Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
Dress: Swimmers must fall in line with FINA rules and requirements regarding swimming gear. Association caps must be worn - this includes both Individual and Relay events.
Food & Drink: There will be food concessions available on day. Competitors are advised to bring their own food and drink with them.
Assigned Seating Areas: Please ensure you are seated in the area designated to your Association only. View MAP.
Spectators: Spectators are encouraged to stay in the grandstand area. NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN the MARSHALLING AREA or ON POOL DECK, including the Warm Up Area. Officials have been allocated to supervise the Warm Up Area.
Coaches: Coaches who wish to access the Pool Deck MUST follow the guidelines listed below:
- Bring Accreditation to the event;
- Check In with the Entry Marshalls at the front gates to complete registration and receive wrist band;
- Wear wrist band at all times and remain in the designated Coach Area when on Pool Deck.
Protests: Any protests must follow the Protest Procedure come through the Association Team Manager only.
Marshalling for Relays: Only the lead off swimmer from each relay team is to go to the marshalling area. The remaining swimmers are to go directly to their lanes.
NSW All Schools Swimming Championships: Will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 May, 2024. Swimmers who are selected to the CIS Swim Team must report to the Shane Gould Room to register for the NSW All Schools Championships, purchase uniform and pay the levy of $60.00.
Secondary Swimmers selected to compete at NSW All Schools who withdraw without a medical certificate more than 1 week after the publication of the full CIS Swimming Team List will incur a fine of $15.00 and may not be considered for further selection. Changes at the NSW All Schools Championships due to illness or injury will be at the discretion of the Team Managers.
NSW All Schools Diving Championships: Will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 May, 2024. Divers who are selected to the CIS Dive Team must report to the Shane Gould Room to register for the NSW All Schools Championships, purchase uniform and pay the levy of $60.00.
All divers who participate at the CIS Championships should be available for selection in the CIS Team. If this is not the case, schools should be notified so that they can inform CIS prior to the Championships. Selections are based on the first 3 places per event. All CIS medallists must submit NSW All Schools dives to Diving Convenor, Mrs Chris Lang, at the CIS Championships.
