CIS Team of The Year Nominations
This Nomination form is to be completed by CIS Sports Convenors only, for the sports they convene for CIS. Please note a team photo is required to be submitted when nominating a team.
To be nominated for the 2024 CIS Primary or Secondary Team of the Year teams must have fulfilled the following criteria:
NSWCISSC Primary Team of the Year Award:
For the purpose of this award “team’ refers to a team based sport where members in their performance play/combine together to defeat other teams.
Eg. Softball, soccer.
Teams must
• be selected at a CIS Selection Day / Championship
• participate at a NSWPSSA Carnival.
NSWCISSC Secondary Team of the Year Award:
For the purpose of this award “team’ refers to a team based sport where members in their performance play/combine together to defeat other teams.
Eg. Softball, Football.
Teams must
• be selected at a CIS Selection Day / Championship
• participate at a NSW All Schools Championship
