Trials Time:

9.30am - 2.00pm.

Venue:

The Hills Grammar School.

Arrival:

Entry via Gate 1 Only - arrive between 9:15am - 9:45am.

Parking:

Please do NOT enter the school grounds via car prior to 9:30am. 

Parking on school grounds will be very limited. 

Parents and spectators are strongly encouraged to find street parking OUTSIDE school grounds.  

Parents can park OUTSIDE school grounds and enter between 9am-9.30am and make your way to field 3. 

Trial Field:

Trials will be held on Field 3 - main Rugby Field.

Please be aware that there is a small grandstand only on the main field. 

If Field 3 is closed due to weather conditions, the trials will take place on the synthetic field beside Field 3. These fields, whilst being soccer fields, are approved for use in contact sports by The International Rugby Board. However, with all synthetic fields, there are possibilities of friction burns, and therefore players will be permitted to wear compression garments if they wish for additional protection. 

There is no grandstand, seating or shelter available for spectators if the trials do need to be moved to the synthetic field. 

There will be some changeroom facilities (unsure about showers).

Trials Format:

Trial Matches will be played on the day.

First Aid:

A qualified First Aid Officer will be in attendance for the duration of the Event.

Dress:

Jersey's will be supplied, but Players will need to bring their own football shorts, socks, boots, protective gear, strapping tape (if required) and a water bottle with name on it. 

Food and Drink:

Canteen Facilities will NOT be available. Player's will need to bring their own snack, lunch and water with them. 

NSWCIS Team

Players selected in the NSWCIS Team will compete at the NSW/ACT Schoolgirls Championships on Friday 21 October (venue TBC).

Wet Weather:

Please check this website closer to the event should adverse weather conditions threaten cancellation/postponement of the trials. Triallists will be notified via email of any changes.
