Nomination Eligibility
Primary student aged 8 to 13 Years. Maximum handicap for boys is 32 and for girls is 44.
Students must be enrolled at a school affiliated to CIS through one of its member sports associations
Nomination Method
CIS will NOT be holding a Primary Golf Championship, but will select a team to participate in the NSWPSSA Championships based on the online nomination.
Students must be a member of a registered Golf Club (AGU, WGA), Jack Newton Golf Foundation any Junior Development Program and must have a Golf Link Number.
Individual Nominations from schools direct to CIS. (refer to process below)
Team Size – 8 to 12 players – with a maximum of 8 boys.
Students must include on the form
* Golf Link Number
* Handicap
Schools will be notified if as to whether a player has been selected to represent CIS at the NSWPSSA Golf Championships.
CIS Nomination Guidelines - General
1. CIS does not accept Late Nominations.
2. Nominations will only be accepted online from NSWCISSC Member Schools or Member Associations
3. Once a student has been registered with CIS any subsequent sport Nomination will be a renewal rather than a registration.
4. As a nominating teacher or association please ensure the students namehas been entered correctly and the Parent/Guardian email is correct and frequently used. The system will send an email to the parent to enable them to complete the registration /renewal process.
5. A sport nomination fee of $25.66 will be charged for all sports in 2022 with the exception of triathlon. The per nomination fee will be charged via the Sports Association and school, at the end of each term.
6. Permission has been obtained from both the student/s' school principal and parent / guardian for the student to attend the trial.
Parent / Guardians please note:
If you son/daughter has been nominated to attend a CIS trial you will receive an email with a link enabling you to complete the nomination process either by registraion or renewal.
Failure to amend/ complete a nominated child’s details by Close of Nominations may result in the student not being permitted to trial.
