Nomination Eligibility:
Boys 15 Years and Under as of 31st December in Year of Competition;
Nominated By:
Individual School;
Method Nomination:
Individual Nominations submitted by schools online to CIS. Schools are advised that they should only send players of outstanding ability.
Please ensure that student information is entered correctly, particularly the spelling of their name and date of birth.
CIS Nomination Gudielines - General:
1. CIS does not accept Late Nominations;
2. Nominations will only be accepted online from NSWCISSC Member Schools or Member Associations;
3. Once a student has been registered with CIS any subsequent sport Nomination will be a renewal rather than a registration;
4. A sport nomination fee of $25.66 will be charged for all sports in 2022 with the exception of triathlon. The per nomination fee will be charged via the Sports Association and school, at the end of each term.
5. At the time of nomination, permission has been obtained from the student/s' school principal for the student to attend the trial;
Parent / Guardians please note:
If you son/daughter has been nominated to attend a CIS trial you will receive an email with a link enabling you to complete the nomination process either as aregistration or a renewal.

Requests for Exemptions for Phase One of the Trials:
For 15's Boys, any player who has represented at a NRL Junior Representative Elite Development Squad is eligible to apply for an exemption from the Phase One Trial. For exemptions, please fill in this form:

Application Forms must be completed by the School or Parents before the date of Nominations Closing...this must include all details including contact name and details for the relevant Junior Representative Coach.
N.B. each application will be considered on merit and consultation with NRL Clubs...an application for exemption will not guarantee an exemption.
Any player who is unsuccessful in their exemption request must attend the Phase One Trial in order to be eligible for selection.
As per CIS Operational Guidelines, injury or illness is not considered as a reason for exemption from trials.
