General Nomination Information
All nominations must be submitted on line.

• CIS does not accept Late Nominations.
• Nominations will only be accepted online from NSWCISSC Member Schools or Member Associations.
• Once a student has been registered with CIS any subsequent sport Nomination will be a renewal rather than a registration. Students  that registered with CIS in a previous year will be a renewal. 
• If you are having trouble with your nomination contact CIS before nominations close.
• Cost - $25.66 per player charged via Sports Association and school

Method Nomination

Associations are invited to enter a Team of players as follows-

• Associations may nominate a maximum of 8 players
  • Of these nominations AICES, IGSSA, CSSA, ISA have 6 automatic acceptances  and NCIS and RAS 1 automatic acceptance. The maximum number of entries in the Open Tennis Championships  is 32 . This will be made up of a number of automatic acceptances from each association. The remaining places may be filled by the next best players across all associations. This will be determined by the Tennis Committee.
  • Students selected to attend the trial who subsequently wish to withdraw must notify the convenor by Friday 25th  February. Failure to do so will incur a fine of $50.
• When listing your team please ensure that the details for each student are entered correctly, particularly the date of birth. Please include players Association ranking as well as their AR (should they have one)
• Changes can be made to the team list until Nominations close. Should you need to replace a player due to injury after this point in time you may remove the injured player and add the replacement player to your team and in addition an Association Team Injury Replacement form should be emailed  to Chis Ohlback cohlback@cis.nsw.edu.au and the  CIS Boys Tennis Convenor.
