Trials Format:

Combination of skills and drills sessions followed by matchplay;

COVID-19 Guidelines

All competitors, spectators and officials are to adhere to all COVID – 19 Guidelines being applied at a CIS venue.  

At any venue, all competitors, spectators and officials are to maintain physical distancing, wash/sanitise their hands regularly and refrain form entering a venue if they are felling unwell.

Newington College:

• No Spectators allowed on site
• Arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled start time
• All visitors (staff, coaches, officials) to sign in using the Service NSW App – located at all entry points to the Campus (students are not required to sign in)

First Aid:

A First Aid Officer will be in attendance at this event.

Dress:

Association or School Basketball Singlet and Shorts; 

Food & Drink:

There will be no Canteen Facilities available so all players will be required to provide their own snacks, lunch and water;

CIS Team:

At the end of the selection trials 10 students will be named in the CIS Team. The CIS Team will go on to compete at the NSW All Schools Basketball Championships. Selected students are to remain briefly to meet with team management. There will be some costs associated with competing at this level. These  include a players levy (admin costs, officials costs, photos, team entry) of $65 for the Championship and the purchase of CIS uniform (approximately $340).
