Trials Time:

8:30am - 2:00pm

Trials Format:

Students will be placed into Teams on the day. A Round Robin between Teams will be played with matches twenty minutes in length. Each student will play 4 of the 6  games. There will be a 5 minute changeover between matches.

Following the Round Robin a squad of 36 will be announced. These players will play an additional 30 minute match (15+5+15) after which the CIS team of 22 players will be announced.

COVID- 19 Guidelines:

All competitors, spectators and officials are to adhere to all COVID – 19 Guidelines being applied at a CIS venue.  

At any venue, all competitors, spectators and officials are to maintain physical distancing, wash/sanitise their hands regularly and refrain form entering a venue if they are felling unwell.

Parking:

Parking will be available at the Venue;

First Aid:

A First Aid Officier will be in attendance for the duration of the Event;

Dress:

School Sports Uniform (Jerseys will be provided);

Players should also bring boots, shorts, mouthguards, strapping, water bottles, sunscreen and any medications they may require eg. asthma sprays or epi-pens;

Food & Drink:

Canteen Facilities will not be available throughout the day. There are food outlets close by. 

CIS Team:

Selected players are to remain briefly to meet with Team Management so organisational matters can  be attended to. 

This team will go on to compete at the NSW All Schools / CHS AFL Championships to be held on Monday 24 May.

Please note that there is a cost associated with competing at the next level including a players levy (tbc) and mandatory uniform items costing approximately $307.
