COVID- 19 Guidelines:

All competitors, spectators and officials are to adhere to all COVID – 19 Guidelines being applied at a CIS venue.

At any venue, all competitors, spectators and officials are to maintain physical distancing, wash/sanitise their hands regularly and refrain form entering a venue if they are felling unwell.

Trials Time: 

9am - 2pm

Trials Format:

• Skills and Games

• Goalkeeper Skills

• Students will be divided into groups for various skill trials and later into team game play

Parking:

• Parking is available at Pennant Hills Park

First Aid:

A First Aid Officier will be in attendance for the duration of the Event 

Dress:

• All players are to wear School Hockey or PE Uniform
• All players are to bring
  • Stick
  • shin pads
  • properly fitting mouth guard
  • ball
• All gear should be clearly marked
• Goalkeepers to bring own or correctly fitted school gear which should include suitable helmet with face guard, chest protector, groin protector, protective pads  and preferably gauntlet gloves
• No hard peaked caps are to be worn

Food & Drink:

• Each player should have their own clearly marked water bottle

CIS Teams:

• The two teams of 13 will be announced at the completion of the trial
• Players selected will need to remain to receive instruction for uniform orders and information concerning the next pathway- PSSA Championships - Boys in Newcastle  & Girls in Unanderra

Wet Weather:

• It is unlikely that wet weather will affect the trial but in the event of inclement weather. In the case of a storm involving lightening or hail the trial would discontinue till any danger passed.
