Carnival Entry 
Carnival Entry will be through the Mouse Hole entry on the Eastern side of the pool -  (off the carpark at the Diving end of the pool). Whilst awaiting entry please follow directions of staff and be aware of physical distancing.

Warm Up 9:00am - 9:50am
Event 1 - 12/13 Year Girls & Boys Springboard 10am
Event 2 - 8 & 9 Year Girls & Boys Springboard 10:30am

Event 3 - Open Girls & Boys Platform 11am

Event 4 & 5

Warm Up 11:15am

Please note: Some events have been combined; however, have been recorded as individual events. 


Marshalling and Warm-Up

All competitors are requested to the marshalling area prior to their event to check dive sheets and dive order.

Please check dives carefully and inform the referee of any discrepancies. All dives will be announced as per dive sheet.

All competitors will be allowed an individual warm-up immediately prior to their event.

Presentations
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group.

Presentations for all events will be held in the diving pool area immediately following the conclusion of each event. Place getters are requested to come quickly to the presentation area when announced.

COVID- 19 Guidelines:
All competitors, spectators and officials are to adhere to all COVID – 19 Guidelines being applied at a CIS venue.

At any venue, all competitors, spectators and officials are to maintain physical distancing, wash/sanitise their hands regularly and refrain form entering a venue if they are felling unwell.

Venue Specific Guidelines - 

One spectator/adult per child.

Carnival Official / School Staff / Coaches / Spectators  must QR code in.

The carnival will be swum under the ARRIVE, COMPETE, LEAVE  protocols.

Showers will not be available during the event. CIS recomends competitors arrive ready to compete  and limit use of the change room facilities .

Spectators are encouraged to stay  in the grandstand area. NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN the MARSHALLING AREA or ON POOL DECK .

Uniform Areas - Please practice physical distancing whilst queuing for uniform or CIS general apparel and follow all instructions from staff. Contactless payment only - no cash

No Singing or Chanting

Parking
Parking is available in the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre Car Park. Flat rate of $25 for the day with your parking ticket validated at reception

First Aid
Provided by Sydney Olympic Aquatic Centre Staff

Food & Drink
The main cafe will not be accessible during the carnival.  The concession on the Eastern side of the grandstand will be open.   CIS strongly recommends competitors bring food and snacks with them.

CIS Team for the NSW PSSA Championships 
The first  three places in the CIS trials will be selected for:-

NSW PSSA Championships - SOPAC – Thursday 01 April 2021. These places will be announced at the conclusion of each event after the CIS presentation.

All CIS medalists must submit PSSA dives to Mrs. Lang at CIS trials. If nominating for School Sport Australia an extra dive will be required in 10, 11, 12/13 and platform events to be eligible. 

All PSSA competitors must also complete CIS uniform requirements and pay CIS levy at the conclusion of their event at the CIS trials. All members of the NSWCIS Diving Team will be required to purchase the new mandatory uniform,  pay the CIS levy and complete all paperwork on the day to ensure registration for the PSSA Championship.
