Nomination Eligibility
17 Years & Under as of December 31 2019 

General Nomination Information

• Association Team Entry only - NO INDIVIDUAL NOMINATIONS - NOMINATIONS MUST BE MADE BY THE ASSOCIATION DELEGATE WHETHER FOR A FULL TEAM OF 13 or PARTIAL TEAM OF LESS
• Associations may nominate a maximum of 13 girls
• Entry must be submitted online
• If you are having trouble with your nomination contact CIS before nominations close
• COST $25.03 per player charged to Sports Association and thence to school

• Method Nomination

  This is an Association Based Nomination  (assisting to limit numbers at the trials) but not a Championship or Gala Day format at the trial
  Associations only to nominate
  Players are added to the Association Team List in the Secondary Girls Water Polo portal

  Associations not entering any players should delete their team from the Secondary Girls Water Polo Sports Portal

• Association Team or Partial Team Entry NO Individual school nominations will be accepted
• Team Entry - Each Association entering players must submit the names, schools and date of birth of all Association entries by this date. To enter the team list, the person submitting the form must access the Association Team Entry/List form . Please ensure that the details for each student are entered correctly especially the date of birth.
• Partial Team Entry - Associations not entering the full 13 players but seeking access to some talented students to access the pathway will also do the same. Only one partial team entry from an Association will be accepted so schools must forward their nominations to their Association delegate or Association nominated member for submitting.
• All Associations entering players must  provide at least one selector.

• Changes can be made to the team list until nominations close. Should you need to replace a player due to injury after this point please complete the Team Replacement Form found below and email the Secondary Girls Water Polo Convenor and CIS.
