Nomination Eligibility
Years 3 - 6 
General Nomination Information

All nominations must be submitted on line by Association delegate - NOT INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS.

No late nominations will be accepted.

If you are having trouble with your nomination contact CIS before nominations close.

Students that withdraw from the trial will be charged, unless CIS or the Convenor is contacted prior to the event.

COST: $25.03 per nomination. Nomination fees will be invoiced via the Sports Association and school at the end of Term 1.

Method Nomination

Nomination by Association delegate only. No individual school nominations

• Each Association Team will be found in the Primary Tennis portal where you will add your nominees. If your Association is not entering any students please delete your team by the nomination date
• Associations may nominate a maximum of 8 players (4 girls and 4 boys) in order of ability
• Where Association trials are not held and more than 4 nominations per gender are received from schools in your Association, you will need to  select the 8 players (4 per gender) that will represent your Association
• The players will need to be ranked from 1-4
• When listing your team please ensure that the details for each student are entered correctly , particularly the date of birth
• Changes may be made to the team list until nominations close
• Should you need to replace a player due to injury after this point in time an Association Team Entry /injury Replacement form must be sent to CIS and the CIS Primary Tennis Convenor, Sue Watts. This form can be found below

It is up to Association Delegates to inform their member schools of the selected nominated players who are to attend the CIS Trials
