  • Nomination Eligibility

          Students in Years 2 – 6; Min. Age 8 Yrs; Max. Age 13 Yrs as at 31/12/19 

  • General Nomination Information

         Association Entry - Only to be submitted on one of the following:
         1. MM 5.0 , 6.0 or 7.0 DB  Associations will be sent a copy of this Back Up Database

  • Entries without dates of birth and times will be scratched.

          This file can be accessed  on this page. The school codes are incorporated in the team listing from the main menu. Use only the                    codes as in the downloaded DB. If any school code is missing please contact CIS asap. If you use this file and change content for                    your association purposes please ensure you adjust back to CIS format (e.g. Association Affiliation) before sending entries

  • No late Nominations will be accepted.
  • Students that withdraw from the championship without notice will be charged.
  • If you are having trouble with your nomination contact CIS before nominations close.
  • COST$25.03 per nomination. Nomination fees will be invoiced via the Sports Association and school at the end of Term 1.

        Each Association may nominate a maximum number per event as outlined below:

Please note: Each Association may nominate 3 students for the Junior and Senior 200IM for PSSA.   These are Events 44 – 47 and must be entered in the Association Meet Manager Entry. Fastest nominees will be selected in the team.  Please note submitted times should be verified with NSW Swimming and must have been achieved in the last 6 months.  CIS will check all submitted times for these events.
